Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

The reason for the return
We will provide return instructions once your request is approved. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
