Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended slightly. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method, but typically range between 5–15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • International locations (where supported by our shipping partners)

If we do not ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

EchelonCoShop is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Postal carriers or couriers

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Events beyond our control

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

EchelonCoShop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
